How this is calculated

Realistic value = hours saved × loaded cost × recapture rate, minus cost of ownership.

Hours saved counts your AI time with verification, because checking the output is real work. The recapture rate is the realistic haircut: saved time only counts if it turns into money. The hype number assumes 100% recapture and ignores cost, which is the figure most tools quote.
